For this 2020 harvest oil, Giorgio Franci says "The weather has been on our side, offering the best possible conditions for a harvest we are very proud of. We get yields lower than usual, but compensated by a quality with few precedents. “Delicate”, light fruity, pleasantly green to the scent, fresh, harmonious, clean. Excellent on delicate dishes and on truffles."
