Moulin des Ombres

Moulin des Ombres “Mill of Shadows” is produced by Jean Rene de Fleurieu. The mill is part of the long standing Chateau Montfrin dating back to the 1600’s and is perched above the Rhone river valley about 20km west of Avignon. A rich blend of traditional varieties, Callan and Petit Ribiers, offer up lots of green tomato, olive and banana flavors. Jean harvests very early with a high percentage of green olives that yields a more firm oil. Certified organic since 2000.
