A blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino olives. Trees average 80 years in age and are grown on the western grade of Tuscany between Pisa and Siena. Very fresh with gorgeous gold-green color with aromas of pine, grass, green olives and fresh lettuce. Giorgio Rivetti holds nothing back, this is a luscious olive oil.
