Marco’s oil is produced from 100% certified organic olives. Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla and Castiglione make up the majority of the blend with other small percentages of local varieties.  Trees are grown at 3000’ in elevation! The Etna is a 10,000’ volcano with a massive variety of flora and fauna. The harvests are typically in November. Terre Nere oil is incredibly fresh but not a bitter green style. It’s much rounder and buttery with hints of banana and scents of herbs
and a full-bodied flavor. The unfiltered oil retains all the potent healthy phytonutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidative properties special to real olive oil. Limited: Only 50cs available
